The Difference Between Conflict and Harmony
In many places there's a formal ceremony of forgiveness, where the perpetrator comest the party that they aggrieved and formally asked for forgiveness. And then after it happens, and in it, and there's a meal and and a formal ceremony. Ol in some places, they'll never talk about it again. They just, it's as if the flict never ever took place. That's how conflict is seen. I think that's the kind of thing. Is that what you're saying? It sounds like what youre saying is that one being non conflict avoidant, is actually moving towards conflict,. The other is orienting towards the outcome of harmony.
