Trump's Plan to Delay the Indictment
Trump's lawyer sent a letter to Jay Brat, the head of the Department of Justice's Counterintelligence Division and the prosecutor on this case in Florida. Brad: The official policy of DOJ is to present exculpatory evidence to a grand jury when asked to do so. But everything that follows after that in the letter is the craziest non sequitur I've ever read. A letter from Trump's lawyer is not exculpatory Evidence. That's an argument. You don't get a right to argue in front of them.
