How Does That Manifest Into Product?
A lot of it I think comes to us having the relationship between the teams. For example, when it comes to hiring for our customer experience team, myself or one of the other founders are like part of that process. We interview people still at this stage. They join our standups or our sync meetings. Our off sites are like for everyone. So we build out the culture like know each person, work together across those team boundaries.
