The Importance of Kindness in Meetings

There's a quote in your book that says, before you speak, let your words pass through three gates. At the first gate, ask yourself, is it true? At the second gate, ask, is it necessary? At the third gate, asks, is it kind? Can we break that down? That's roomy. I love it. So kindness is, you can't be too kind, it's better to be kind than right. And so people say things for different reasons.
