The Impact of KM on the Onboarding Process
KM is very explicitly part of the onboarding process, KM and content here. What we've developed is an asynchronous journey that new hires can go on to supplement their learning and experience. It pairs and complements well with face to face time that they have with their people lead, with their onboarding buddy and with other team members. And so with this component, it just enriches their understanding of the organization, the culture, how we do things,. why we do it that way.
