What Do You Think About the Shadow Brokers?

Windows had put out a patch for most of these vulnerabilities exactly one month before March 14, 2007. If the attribution made by shadow brokers is correct, then maybe someone at the end of say was like, well, I think we need to pass these issues. So that would be my opinion. But you're right. If these were Russian actors and they wanted to completely cause mayhem across US infrastructure, they could have dumped eternal blue from day one.
