They've come through situations where they found that one AI, for example, that was sifting through resumes, preferred people named Jared that had played high school lacrosse. So if you're black, you're a resume zap. If you're Hispanic, you're resumeZap. And by, like, they don't know how, but the parameters it created said to get rid of race, we're just going to act like black people don't exist.
