The Paradigm of Epigenetics
Bates and Rodington had a great relationship, but they disagreed on other things. Waddington gave an approach to epigenetics through a single channel of variation. Bates said you can't do this. There's too much going on. So then speak for a while, but they made friends at the end again. Epigenetics came in to being the fundamental break. This is sort of a heterarchy of constituents. It isn't just simply mind and body. We can name them. These are three fundamental forms. Some say ecology is another form, a fourth form that you have to regard as coordination.
