The Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy created chimeric receptors. They hooked up that orthogonal apparatus with the mutant IL2 cytokine. And what they showed effectively is that the one candidate, the IL9 receptor intracellular domain chimera was robust. The treatment had superior anti-tumor efficacy in two mouse models of melanoma and pancreatic cancer.
