The New Leadership Structure for YUC

In year 3, 2017-2018 school year, staff empowered the LC to do more of YUC's basic organizational work. Selected LC members served as the coordinators of the entire electoral project. In year 4, YUC created the quote unquote core, a new layer of organizational leadership for members who were ready to take on more responsibility but not necessarily to serve in the LC.
