Are We Moving Slower With Moral Progress Than With Technology?
With technological progress, how fast we should go as can of tagf a where? I think that if you can make moral progress faster, you just want to go as fast as you can. And unlike with technology, there's always incentive to build better technology. It gives you more power. Am, it means you can do more things, whatever your values are. A sothe allwhays, strong incentives to do that. With moral progress, that's not true. There's no real competitive dynamics that force me to get to a better moral perspective. We need to keep working on, you know, getting better models, getting better am values.
