The Power of Efficiency in Engineering

I was wondering if you could talk a little bit about the burnout side of engineering efficiency and making sort of that shift. How do you ensure that an emphasis on efficiency doesn't lead to burnout or an unsustainable pace of work for engineering teams? I think it's true that with a focus on efficiency, the ultimate goal is to produce more. But don't do that by working longer hours because that is ultimately inefficient. You don't want a team that's burned out. That's worse quality, that's lower productivity. It's not efficient at all.
