The Performance of Go
Go was designed to be a productive language for programmers. It's unlikely it'll ever quite reach C and C++ levels of performance, he says. Go is in general a safer language than C or C ++ because it has things like a garbage collector. While we might notquite achieve C or C++) performance, we hopefully have less errors and less security vulnerabilities.
