How Does a Neural Network Change the Tuning Curve in the Primary Century?
In a fixed, deep neural network the connections are spacially limited. A nuron in v two doesn't have much o support from v one. So no matter which sort of afference you turn on and off, it's not going to change the tuning curve very much. The higher order representation in these networks can completely change its characteristic based on learning. And so anything cold potentially happen as the weights of the eprons change.
