i think media, generally, ly numedia, but also to some extent, old media emulating new media, does, i think, develop in us this certain addiction to outrage. One thing that does worry me about it is the degree of vehemence and the degree of not recognizing others as human or needing a certain degree of charity or forgiveness. Youow a one of the things that i find worrying about some forms of cancel culture, isn't, you know, calling people out for things that they say now, on which yo might deserve criticism.
