Acute Paralytic Poleo
Acute paralytic poleo is a classic anterior horn cell disease. Pre immunization wis one of the most common causes of acute flacid paralysis. It can be associated with fever and manigial irritation. Muscle atrophy develops later due to denervation and immobility. Public health recommends sending two stool samples 24 hours apart.
