procedure justice is the idea that if you train cops to treat people fairly, it will lead to better community relations. Muller says yale university researchers are working on this. They surveyed more than 14 hundred people in yonkers to see how they feel about the copse. It found there was a high level of trust in yonker police, but that trust was highest among white people and lowest among black people.
