The National Merit Scholarships

Victor: At least 14 schools in northern Virginia have suppressed information about students who won national merit awards. He says the school bureaucrats want equity of outcome and that's why it's okay to suppress news of your merit. Victor: They basically are exposed criminally or I should say civilly to huge lawsuits because there's probably a fantastic amount of money that was lost.
