The DMK's Private Member's Bill Could Help Standardize Interpretation by Courts

S. Sintil Kumar from the DMK introduced a private member's bill also in April 2022. The LGBTQIA plus persons protection of rights bill like Supra Sule's proposed bill is also still to be considered by parliament. And while many have criticized the central government's stand against the Supreme Court interpreting law on CM6 marriages, the DMK MP explained why parliament passing the law could help standardize interpretation by courts.
