What's Going to Happen to Construction Lumber Prices?
Lumber prices have come down to below where they were before the pandemic, construction lumber prices. That has not translated into the plywood market because what we're using is made in Europe. And there's really no great substitute in sufficient supply here. So it was just like, I'm grateful that at least now is the right time to do what we have to do. And we're going to make the best of it.
