The Importance of Robust Studies in PTSD
If you get statistical significance at the 0.05 level, then it counts as a successful study when you compare it to your safety profile. We had only one person attempt suicide and it turns out they were in the placebo group. The extreme of that is called dissociative identity disorder, which used to be called multiple personality disorder. A lot of times PTSD studies exclude those people.
