The Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs Claims It Received Health Issues on February 17th

The Cuban Ministry of Foreign Affairs claimed that it learned of these health issues on February 17th and opened a quote, comprehensive priority and urgent investigation. Since September 29th, 2017, the Department of State has been contacted by 19 US citizens who reported experiencing symptoms similar to those listed in the travel warning after visiting Cuba. At this point, we do not have a conclusive cause. Two of the big frontrunners for this event are going to be mass hysteria or a sonic weapon.
