How to Manage a Hybrid Approach to Design
Design is a hard concept for people to, to understand. How do you make the digital experience easy to use for all age groups of all different socio-economic groups? The approach that we've taken, which we think is proven to be very effective, is allowing for the mobile apps to be available iOS and Android in app stores. You then have provision devices, so devices that are set up for the study that can be loaned out to those participants. And then also be able to just deploy in any modern web browser as well. So really, I think nowadays device penetration is so high that you can really rely on some degree of flexibility and accessibility as long as you cross platform.
