Is Geoengineering Defensive?

I think we ought to be shifting a lot of resources towards new kinds of reactors like, you know, thorium reactors that can't melt down. There's this multi-salt reactor. I don't know why we're not looking at that more. But for sure, we should be thinking more about innovation than we should be about trying to get immediate changes in consumption.
