On the thirtieth day, i want you to write it like a headline. What filled me with enthusiasm this month? What drain me of energy to day? What i learn about myself to day? Those three questions for 29 days. The repetition of these is very important because we are not necessarily good at connecting the dots. Unless we intentionally do it, we will kind of will make a story. But it becomes so apparent that we can no longer ignore it. It's like the sametng. I no longer ignore this thing because it's its documented an 30 day, 30 days.
