Spark is a modern lending engine that is connected to Maker through what is called a die direct deposit module. The rate is actually as low as possible. It's set to the die savings rate. No borrowing sent out by Maker can go below that rate for a number of reasons, which I can get into if you want.

Sam MacPherson joins us to discuss how Spark leverages MakerDAO's wholesale credit line to build a lending marketplace built around DAI.
