Reverse Blinking Exercise - The Practice of a Lossful Reform
When you do this exercise that i point out, the practice of a loose reform. Part of it is, in fact, this kind of blinking thing and and moving your head in jerky ways. It actually works to de construct our visual sense field and creates a sense of the illusory nature of continuity. Once you're sensitized to this, you can feel it. And so guess what? You automatically, biologically, contract out of fear. Even your little ball was representative of that contraction. We think that we're contracting.
