I just felt there was never whatever I did it wasn't going to be enough and so when I left I TV I actually didn't have to leave you know they talked about me doing a lower level of competition to the Champions League. When I went to BBC it was like a learning from the very going up almost from the bottom up again because I was in a completely new environment with people who had never worked with me before. It was quite scary really I was throwing myself into something this enormous organization that people tend to work. You learn to spot the situations that that can be negotiated or can be discussed and then you spot a situation where this is not going to change and I'm not going
