The Importance of Working Abroad

I've had a fantastic experience here in Brazil working abroad. It's been something that I look back on with huge amount of pride and what does it say? I'm not running away from Brazil, I have one or two opportunities to maybe discuss in terms of staying here. The beauty of the country and the people is something that everyone should experience so I would say to all coaches if you get a chance to work abroad and you believe in what the club is telling you you should go for it. You're doing something that very few English coaches have the opportunity to do.
