ML is so advanced now that there's a whole separate concept called feature engineering, which all it does is basically identifies what to even look at. When we first started running these models, we were actually trying to predict inquiries. We wanted to know who was gonna call you back. This is who you mail, this is who you text because they're going to get back in touch with you. And we had some institutional investors that gave us historical data of what they had already mailed or text and inquiries and deals. They kept coming up about 74 to 95% predictability on inquiries,. But as we all know in real estate, you missed one good deal, it could be a really good one
