Formation Is Not a Destination, Right?

Pepyer: One of things that strikes me is that formation feels to me like an active word. This is a present activity, and it's not a passive thing. And i love what we read about in the first chapter of jeremiah,. where the prophet, speaking the words of god, who says to jeremiah, before i knew you, i formed you. That this for nation process is active, and it involves other people who are bringing their lives to bear with mon right?
