I really get mad and irritated when teams are like, this meeting wasn't fun. I'm not saying we need to be super serious about these things but we don't have to make the action meeting fun. We can have an action meeting where we get all our work done and then we could play a game together because games are designed for fun. That's the whole point of them. So try to do the thing that's meant for the thing, you know, right club for the right shot kind of.
