Alabama Executed Death Row Inmate, Allen Miller
The court with no explanation granted Alabama's request to allow it to proceed for the execution of a death row inmate. So this was an unreasoned, unexplained order that this individual could be killed immediately. The court didn't tell us why the lower courts were wrong to have put that execution on hold. It just sent execution can go forward. And this is a piece of what allows people to question the court's legitimacy. Like they are not acting on the basis of law, but just on the based of bias.
