Are We More Diverse Than We Used to Be?

I think we're most here to stay. And I think that's a plus for talent, because it allows you to now work for organizations that may have been off the table before. Yeah. You said so many good things in there. So let's talk about the diversity thing for a minute,. It wasn't obvious to me that that would be such a big advantage of going fully remote or having more companies go fully remote. Is that actually been the result of having more of a remote global culture? I think it can be the result.
