Athletes like being out by the track. They'd rather be outside where there's less weight, there's less stuff. I think that this is a really important thing for people to grasp: Let's kind of maybe just forget about working out. There's so you can do with nothing, and you don't even need the excuse  of "i don't have access to this" If i don't have a trainer, i don't know how many professional athletes are doing jump roping because they suck at it.
