Is the Dementia Robot the Least Plausible of the Three?

The dementia robot is probably going to be the fiction, even though could be science. Or semata, basily, the robot equivalent of sematotopic mapping. It was able to its own body enough to use it. And i think probably a robot assisted lobectome might result in a like, faster heel time or something. So that wouldn't seem the least plausible of these three to me.
