How come there isn't more talk about policies, around leav every one's talking about retention and this and paying people more? There's so much stigma around it, unfortunately, still and in high production environments. When you look at tak and finance and some of the other sort of legacy health care, if someone takes time off, they're all just taking a year away for burnout.
