I'm not sure people will do all the forms of scams that they just can't invent. Even without RGB we have this craziness of ordinals and inscriptions, which is 99999% scam. The way RGB works, it makes this contracts digital and at least provable. In many cases it requires certain form of arbitrage like you define a third-party arbiter because when the contract is broken, there is no way how you can enforce it. But even with this centralization, having a digital form of smart contracts which is scalable and confidential based on better rights instruments, that is a huge win for the future. It's basically a legal system and creates a foundation to build
