The Origins of Marx's Worldview

Post-structuralist ideas have been co-opted by the French postmodernists. The idea that media affects theory is taken as gospel has been debunked. But this is, like I say, a kind of faith religion idea that is now being applied as truth. It isn't that we can't have a discussion about things like systemic racism and structural inequalities or all of that sort of stuff. These are legitimate and valid discussions to be had. The problem is that it is asserted as though it is truth. So the evidence lies in the assertion. That's not a starting point from which you reach any conclusion. You may or may not end up getting there after much discussion over the years
