Is It a Hostile Takeover?
Adany group seems to come in and take over. Adani does not have ownership rights of more than 50 %, or heis not even trying to get more than 50 percent o it is 26. Because he's made an open offer at 30 % less than the market price, he doesn't intend to take over the company. Otherwise you'd have offered more. That's interesting. So what is your view as to why the aherne group is doing this? Because there's no control.
