Omega Healthcare is in the middle of a turnaround. They have positioned themselves very well in the healthy end space. But if there was no growth for the last decade, if there's no growth in the next decade, is that dividend safe? That's my concern. I'm not completely confident. My conviction is not there for that company like it was two or three years ago. And even if you say, if it's the dividend safe, let's assume that the dividend is safe, that they won't cut. Yeah.
