The Undemocratic 49.5 Law in France

The French government is using a law that allows it to bypass parliamentary vote on financial planning. This has caused a lot of fighting in the streets, as we know, very, very serious clashes. I believe there's one, I think maybe two actually people currently in a coma right now after being hit in the head with a flash ball or something like this from the police. And so it's not so much of a scorched earth technique that they use, but it is a technique where police exist to be blamed on by government for violence.
