A i is awesome, but it often doesn't do what we think it does. A lot of your role is helping organizations te mystified the title and understand what impact a i can have for the business. We saw this in examples, for example, where a i was used for recruiting,. It matched resume criteria to past performance of employees. And all it did was amplify the bias in the recruiting process from before. Since people who were hired before were less diverse, the high performers among that group didn't represent the diverse profiles the company wanted.
