When you spend a dollar, yoget a star rate. But when you preload, you get two stars. So they're incentivizing you to pre load. They have more money that just sits on these cards. And it's about ten percent a year. If there's one point six billion in stored value they're gettinging pai hndred 60 millio dollars to hold that - but tata, that's just a bank part.
