The EU will not force member states to take asylum seekers or refugees. So instead, they're looking at arrangements and if you don't want to take a person, you can provide money so that we help relocate that person somewhere else. It just feels to me like the wide center is so afraid of its own shadow because they see this far-right force across the continent.
