Police unions might not be into this, and they have an awful lot of clout over politicians. So potentially that's one thing that we need to roll back. In my mind, it is entirely a political conversation. Youno, there are quest to what extent they have bargaining power relative to the cities they're negotiating with. I suspect it's lower now than it used to be in the past.
