Do You Think We're in a Recession?

Bank of america global research showed a chart, and they looked at the six variables used by the national bureau of economic research to determine whether or not we're in recession. And this is the % change prevaously from the bgning of the year. They look at real personal income less transfers. Hum that less transfers. His thrown me. What dos that even mean? I do't kow.
