What Is a Zoot Suit?
There is a massive move in the 19 thirties and early 19 forties where there's just a mass deportation of mexican immigrants. And emily, in this really interesting way, the zoot suit, which you can describe what suit suit is, becomes a sort of symbol of so many of the issues that we just described. Yes, it's em i think that there are a lot of garments through history that represent, you know, political uprisings, political upheaval am and i think that this is one really interesting example.
