The Importance of Monitoring the Commitments on Terrorism

I don't know whether the Taliban know it. There is a, as I said before, a lack of trust between us and them. But nevertheless, we should press them to do more on the issue of terrorism. We are out. Our longest war is over. Now we're in a new phase dealing with evacuation issues and humanitarian issues. It was time to move on.
