How to Create a Growth Plan
There's a lot of different ways of going about doing it but I think, you know, one of the things that's almost always overemphasizes how political it could become. The way you can, the ways you can find more alignment, the better is the big takeaway there. Do you have the data to support it and being able to come up with the high level directive or the high level qualitative statement? And then ultimately creating the strategy behind growing whatever it is that you need to grow. You'll obviously be extremely successful there.
